• Wash and dry mold and scraper before using. • To prevent sticking, lightly dust mold with flour before pressing dough into the mold. • Use with your own dough recipe or store-bought dough. • Roll dough into a log shape the same length as the mold. • Press the dough into the desired pattern. • Use the scraper to carefully remove excess dough. Dough should be level with the mold. • Carefully remove ropes of dough from the mold. Apply to prepared pie with egg wash.
