Return Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE!
We do not accept returns or exchanges please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your delivery was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at shopcakecastlehelp@gmail.com Include your order number, your contact information, pictures of the outside of the box and pictures of the damaged items that are unusable. Please allow 24 hours to receive a response.
Once we create a claim with the shipping company, we will reship you new items to replace any damaged goods.
