Processing Time

All orders placed before 2:00pm PST Monday-Friday will be processed for shipping that same day. Any orders placed after 2:00pm PST will be processed for shipping on the next business day. Orders are shipped out every business day, excluding weekends and holidays. 

Shipping

You may select a shipping option during checkout. We offer ground/standard shipping, 2 or 3 day select. All shipping options will come with a tracking number that will be emailed to you once your order is processed. If you have received your tracking number, that means your package was dropped off with the carrier. Sometimes the carrier takes extra time to scan your package and until they scan it, the tracking won't be updated in the system. We recommend waiting at least 24 hours to see an updated tracking history.

Shipping Boxes & Bulky Items

If you are placing an order for any bulky items such as boxes, cake dummies and large boards, the shipping costs may be extra high.
